Starting January 2021, One LA with St. Anthony Church and San Gabriel Mission will hold three virtual training sessions to help prepare parishioners with leadership and relational organizing tools. One LA-IAF organizers will teach:

• How to have meaningful connections during this time
• How to have relational meetings
• What are house meetings and why should we organize them?
• Qualities of a Leader
• How to identify issues
• Pressures on the Family

• How to use Zoom (Basics and Advanced)
• How to use Zoom as a tool to build relationships
• How to have meaningful conversations on Zoom
